A major part of our business is Hardware and Software Support. We have a dedicated team of experienced Field Engineers on hand to respond to our customers’ technical problems as well as being on hand for the day to day advice all users sometimes require. We have a dedicated helpdesk facility at our offices in Basingstoke where we can also use the internet to access and take control of individual computers to diagnose problems remotely. Remote access is becoming hugely popular in today’s market as it minimises downtime spent waiting for a visit for something that can be solved without.
